... linking the EU Member States, Associated Countries and the Western Balkan countries. The meetings are co-chaired by the European Commission, the EU Council presidency country (currently Cyprus) and a country from the region (for this meeting: Serbia).

The 13th Steering Platform on Research for the Western Balkan Countries will take place in Belgrade, on December 6, 2012. The meeting will be co-chaired by the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the European Union, Serbia on behalf of the Western Balkan Countries – who will host the event – and the European Commission. The event is open only upon invitation.
