30. Mai 2015

ZSI presents the project and its activities at EUSDR priority area steering groups and selected conferences

Danube-INCO.NET supports the area of "Research and Innovation" in the EU Strategy for the Danube Region (EUSDR). This context is covered in particular in the Priority Area Steering Groups for the "Knowledge Society" (PA7) and "Competitiveness" (PA8). Both Steering Groups meet in the next few weeks. Centre for Social Innovation presents the project and its results so far at the PA7 meeting on June 3, 2015 in Bratislava. Other project partners cover the PA8 meeting on June 9, 2015 in Ljubljana while ZSI will be discussing the overlaps and synergies between the EUSDR and initiatives with and for the Western Balkan countries.

A workshop of Danube-INCO.NET on this topic is being organised back-to-back with the senior officials meeting of the "Steering Platform on Research for the Western Balkan countries", taking place June 8-9, 2015 in Budapest.

Complementing this busy period of presenting the project results at political level, ZSI has also participated with the Danube-INCO.NET project at PRIDE, the Project Information and Dissemination Event which was part of MIPRO - 38th International Convention on ICT, Electronics and Microelectronics held at the centre of the Convention at the Grand Hotel Adriatic, in Opatija, Croatia on May 27-28, 2015 (see picture).
