Final confernece of H2020 responsible energy transition project.

As the "RIPEET- Responsible Research and Innovation policy experimentaiton for energy transition" project, coordinated by ZSI, is coming to an end, our consortium is happy to invite you to join our Final conference on 18 January 2024.

For the last three years, we've been working on co-creating regional pathways for energy transition, focusing on creating a common vision for change and acting upon it by developing Our Transition Labs have mobilized stakeholders and citizens, prioritizing local and regional knowledge to address innovation and transformation challenges.

While the EU sets ambitious goals, the uptake and diffusion of initiatives lag behind. RIPEET's Transition Lab approach strengthens regional capacities through new frameworks for societal participation and engagement.

At the conference, we'll bring together our pilot regions, stakeholder ecosystems, as well as European Commission representatives, policymakers, and co-creation experts to explore the critical role of responsible and inclusive stakeholder engagement in energy transition at the regional level.

The event will be also an opportunity to present the resources that RIPEET is developing to support local and regional authorities in starting their own Transition Lab processes and celebrate together the achievement and the work done in RIPEET so far.
