2nd Transnational Exchange Meeting of TASK4ISI

The Transnational Exchange Meeting of Inclusive and Sustainable Innovation Hubs (TNISIHUBs) initiative, part of the Transnational Action to advance Skills and competences FOR Inclusive entrepreneurship and Social Innovation (TASK4ISI) project successfully held its second event on March 5, 2025, furthering its mission to support underrepresented entrepreneurs. By enhancing the innovation capacities of 200 entrepreneurs, TASK4ISI aims to promote inclusive and social innovation while boosting regional competitiveness and social cohesion.
The online Transnational Exchange Meeting, titled "Challenges & Solutions," focused on TASK4ISI’s key objectives: empowering entrepreneurs through skills development, fostering collaboration by strengthening cross-border networks, and driving sustainability through long-term funding and policy integration. The event provided a platform for knowledge and best practice sharing, networking, and strategic discussions aimed at creating lasting impact in entrepreneurial ecosystems.
The key topics discussed in the meeting:

Regional Progress Showcases providing updates from ongoing national ISIHUBs in Croatia, Germany, Hungary, Italy and Poland. Presentations highlighted entrepreneurial advancements and challenges across participating countries.

Group discussions in break-out rooms about common challenges, addressing motivation, engagement, and recruitment barriers in the five cases.

Expert session featured Helena Habdija’s presentation on strategies to effectively engage disadvantaged groups.

Interactive planning sessions in break-out rooms to develop solutions for successful recruitment of entrepreneurs, for keeping them engaged and motivated throughout the program and to define next steps.
Through the exchange of ideas, the partners gained valuable insights that can be adapted and implemented in their own regions. The Transnational Exchange Meeting provided opportunities to inspire, connect, and create a platform for future efforts. As TASK4ISI enters its next phase, the focus remains on empowering entrepreneurs from underrepresented groups and advancing sustainable innovation. The next meeting in Split in June 2025 will focus on sustainability and the development of innovative models.
