Ausbildung und beruflicher Werdegang:
Stefan Philipp (m) is a researcher and project coordinator at the Centre for Social Innovation, Vienna, Austria. At ZSI, he coordinates the ‘Transformative Innovation Lab’, an internal team working on socio-technical system change and new forms of governance in the context of ‘third frame’ innovation policy. Stefan is involved in with a focus on mission and problem-oriented innovation policy, regional development incl. smart specialisation, Living Lab methodology, scientometric studies, studies on social innovation, as well as evaluation of RTI-policies. He deploys a broad set of qualitative and quantitative methods. During the last years, he coordinated the H2020 project CHERRIES and the FFG project PLAISIR.
