A Competitive Intelligence Cloud/HPC Platform for AI-based STI policy making

The objectives of the opening event are to:
- Raise awareness of the envisaged IntelComp platform to the European Commission Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) policymakers.
- Start the engagement procedure of potential participants in three consultation workshops and in future Living Labs activities, associated with the three domains for co-creating the platform: Artificial Intelligence, Climate Change and Health.
The target audience of the opening event can be classified into two groups, each one related to one of the two objectives:
- European Commission STI policymakers: EC policy analysts (DG-RI) and JRC policy analysts.
- Public Administrations and stakeholders in policymaking such as academia, industry and citizen organisations (potential participants in consultation workshops, future Living Labs and outreach activities).
The agenda for this online event is structured in three sessions:
- The European Commission STI data system and possible synergies with the IntelComp platform,
- The technologies and developments behind the IntelComp platform,
- The Living Lab approach for co-creating the platform and STI policies in the Artificial Intelligence, Climate Change and Health domains.
