The project see-science.eu Information Office of the Steering Platform on Research for Western Balkan countries (WBCs) has published its second the eJournal "fall 06".

The Information Office aims to be a source of high quality targeted information on research in the Western Balkan countries through a regular eJournal, analytical studies, reports and directories. It contributes to a dialogue on S&T issues between the EU and the Western Balkan countries and the integration of the research and innovation systems of the WBCs into the European Research Area (ERA).

The eJournal provides information on the development of the Steering Platform and its aims and features articles on international cooperation in the 7th European Framework Programme on RTD and the special thematic focus 'Information and Communication Technologies'. The ZSI-project SEE-ERA.NET also informs about the launch of the pilot joint call (PJC). Several stakeholders have contributed with their input and knowledge to the issue fall 06.
