Summer Schools on Social Innovation in Germany and Spain

The ZSI - Centre for Social Innovation SOQUA-Summer School on social innovation (9-13 July: http://soqua.net/summerschool) in Vienna is not the only one on this topic this July in Europe. There is another one one week before in San Sebastian (2-4 July: http://udaikastaroak.i2basque.es/portal/images/CursosPDF/42.pdf )
In addition, also in the Basque Country, the 'Bizkai Week Social Innovation' will take place in Bilbao from July 9-12, 2012 (cf. attachments).
Moreover, we are happy to inform our visitors and readers about another summer school towards the end of July in Germany, as they advertise our summer school as well: The network of social innovators is expanding, and exchange within the community increasing !

Social Innovators find new solutions to solve social problems. Are you a (future) Social Innovator? If so, the "Summer School for Social Innovators” might be the right place for you. Apply with an idea for a Social Innovation until July, 9th 2012 and receive one out of 25 scholarships sponsored by Intel Corporation.
The one week program consist of a mix of classroom sessions, workshops to improve your idea, feedback sessions that can provide helpful impulses for your innovation and inspiring encounters with social innovators. By attending this program you can prepare yourself not only to further develop the idea you are currently working on, but to acquire the knowledge and skills to drive Social Innovations in general.

Maximum Number of Participants: 25
Target group: This program is designed for bachelor, master, and doctoral students.
