'How To Plan, Assign And Carry Out Evaluations' in June 2013

Evaluations are booming and there is a remarkable increase of literature on the subject. In this SOQUA seminar participants will acquire the relevant expertise to plan, estimate costs, and carry out evaluation projects. Moreover participants learn more about the key aspects, how to release a tender for a evaluation project.
By using examples from praxis Mag. Dr. Klaus Schuch, senior researcher of ZSI,  will discuss basic knowledge, as well as further techniques, and methods.
