This book (303 p.) is part of the successful completion of the project "see-science.eu", co-funded by the 6th Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development of the European Commission, aimed at advancing the policy dialogue on S&T between the European Union and the Western Balkan Countries.

It consists of seven reports compiled by the Information Office of the Steering Platform on Research for the Western Balkan Countries at the Centre for Social Innovation (ZSI), reviewing the condition of Science and Technology in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, FYR of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Kosovo/UNMIK.
