Minister for Science Mr. Bajrami and Austrian Ambassador Dr.Pfandler sign the Protocol of co-financing

On 21st of April 2017, the Protocol of co-financing of the project "HERAS" was signed.
The Kosovan Minister for Science Mr. Bajrami and Austrian Ambassador to Kosovo Dr. Pfandler agreed on the co-financing of the project and wished the project team success in implementing the activities.

During the Kick-off Meeting the three calls for proposals were launched:

• Call for proposals in Research Cooperation and Networking between Austria, Kosovo and the Western Balkan Region
• Call for the PhD and Post-doc grants
• Call for proposals for the Programmatic Partnerships
