FORESIGHT is a scientific journal published by the High School of Economics (Moscow) in Russian language.
In the Editorial Board are Ian Miles (Manchester Institute of Innovation Research), Michael Keenan (OECD), Laurent Bach (University Strasbourg), Klaus Schuch (ZSI), Mario Cervantes (OECD), Glenn Schweitzer (National Academy of Sciences, USA), Ricardo Seidl da Fonseca (UNIDO), Mikhail Kovaltchuk (Kurtschatov Institute), Jaroslav Kuzminov (High School of Economics), et al. Editor in Chief is Prof. Leonid Gokhberg.
