ZSI invites scholars to submit a proposal on the measurement of social innovation research!

Within the framework of the Austrian EU Council Presidency, the successor programme of HORIZON 2020 will be negotiated. In all likelihood, the emphasis on "impact" will be an even more important part of the next EU research programme. For this reason, only applications, practical and / or theoretical, will be taken into consideration for the Josef-Hochgerner fellowship in 2018, which focus on one or more of the following aspects:

• How can the impact of social sciences be approached and measured beyond traditional publication metrics?
• How can the impact of social innovation research be approached and measured?
• Which general approaches and methods can be applied or developed to comprehend and measure social innovations in a comparative manner beyond the specific context of a single project (without however negating it)?
