ZSI successful in experimental call launched by Interreg Central Europe

The last Interreg Central Europe call was experimental. It aimed to take forward already existing project results in transnational partnerships that go beyond the Interreg community. In pre-defined subject areas, projects could be submitted in cooperation with projects from other programs / initiatives that focus on capitalizing previous project results. A total of 24 projects were submitted along 7 thematic priorities by July 5, 2019. The Monitoring Committee approved 9 projects at the beginning of December, 7 of which involve Austrian project promoters. A total of 13 partners from Austria are participating, including 2 Austrian lead partners:
- In the area of social entrepreneurship, the Center for Social Innovation will be leading in the CERUSI project in order to implement so-called rural social innovation lab caravans to implement social innovations in rural areas.
- Business Upper Austria will lead the Boost4BSO project in the area of Industry 4.0 and work together with the partners on tools to improve the corresponding competencies of organizations that support companies.
