“Towards Science Diplomacy in the European Union”

The ZSI-coordinated project "Using Science For/In Diplomacy For Addressing Global Challenges" proudly presents a guest article by the EU Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth Mariya Gabriel prepared for the project. Based on the S4D4C case study research and work to better understand and teach science diplomacy, several policy recommendations have been developed by the project. One of the reports “Calling for a Systemic Change. Towards a European Union Science Diplomacy for Addressing Global Challenges” has been welcomed by the Commissioner in her article.
