The international conference "Foresight & Knowledge Based Governance Responses to Climate Change" is organised by ASO Ljubljana together with the Slovenian research agency (www.arrs.gov.si/en/index.asp), the scientific association „Bled Forum on Europe" (www.bled-forum.org) and the UN Global Compact Slovenia in Bled/Slovenia on March 7 – 8, 2008

The event cycle “Bled Forum on Europe” shall contribute to a better establishment of the scientific foresight on technological and socio-economic developments in Europe and especially in the Western Balkan region.
In the forefront of this years “Bled Forum on Europe Conference”, ASO Ljubljana and ASO Sofia organize a “SEE Foresight and Research Priorities setting” training seminar with special consideration of Climate Change, funded by the South-East-Europe Cooperation Initiative of the Austrian Ministry for Science and Research.
