Managementpartnerschaft (Europapartnerschaft), European Citizens' Initiative

How does the European Citizens' Initiative (ECI) work? How can this new instrument, established within the treaty of Lisbon, support the citizens of the European Union? What has to be considered while using the ECI?

Two workshops, taking place in March 2012 in Salzburg and Vienna, should provide answers to these and other questions concerning the ECI as well as possibilities for networking. The target group for the workshops are citizens who are considering launching an ECI.

Additionally a special website will be set up to inform the public as well as interested citizens and the participants of the workshops.
