CETRA - Complexity Education for Trainers

CETRA - Complexity Education for Trainers

CETRA  produced and disseminated an original approach to vocational training, providing education and training with theoretical and practical tools for planning strategies and new management styles.
The theoretical approach benefits from the Science of Complex Systems and from the debate on lifelong learning, as recommended by the Framework of Actions for the Lifelong Development of Competencies and Qualifications. The Science of Complex Systems represents, for the European vocational training systems, an innovative approach because it shall introduce within educational studies a concrete multi-disciplinary approach.
The role of the ZSI in CETRA is mainly internal evaluation and quality assurance in cooperation with the project management and scientific coordinator.
