Research on higher education, R&D in the Western Balkans

This study identified and analysed potential spheres of structural intervention to reform higher education, research and development in the Western Balkan Countries. A specific focus was directed towards interventions which are more effectively dealt with at a regional level, through the joint activity of more than one country.
