Monitoring of the Austrian CIR-CE programme

ZSI was responsible for monitoring the call in the programme "CIR-CE: COOPERATION IN INNOVATION AND RESEARCH WITH CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE".
The services of the ZSI included

1.      Support of the FFG in the development of the monitoring and evaluation concept
2.      Support the FFG in identifying suitable indicators
3.      Support the FFG in the preparation of the guidelines
4.      Support to the FFG in the conception of reporting
5.      Implementation of scientific support:
   • Analysis of participation structures based on the FFG evaluations
   • Assessment of the participation structure of the subsidized companies compared to CIS3
   • Network analysis of five selected CIR-CE projects and interpretation in terms of program monitoring
