Using the Labour Force Survey and the Labour Market Database ZSI describes the extent and form of employment of immigrants and their children, especially in relation to their level of education and training. A particular focus is on those that are neither employed nor unemployed nor in education. Overall the aim is to describe unused occupational potentials. Hafelekar will conduct interviews with target group members and experts.
