EU - Eastern Europe/Central Asia Cooperation in Research and Innovation: The way towards 2020

This high-ranking Policy Stakeholder Conference, held under the the Polish EU Council Presidency, the honorary patronage of the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education and organised with support of the INCO-NET EECA project will bring together policy makers, policy-delivery services and experts from both the EU and Eastern Europe and Central Asian Countries to discuss way forwards to intensify cooperation in science, technology and innovation. One of the highlights will be the presentation of the White Paper on Opportunities and Challenges for enhancing the cooperation among EU, Eastern Europe, Central Asia and South Caucasus. ZSI actively contributed to the White Paper and the Conference Programme . The sessions are dedicated to
- Shared Vision on the perspectives of EU-EECA Cooperation,
- Through policy dialogue to joint agenda setting and mutual learning,
- Shaping a stimulating framework for STI cooperation – resolving obstacles through advanced settings and
- How to put cooperation into practice - Efficient instruments for EU-EECA cooperation .
At the end of the conference a shared vision will be discussed and elaborated.
