For supporting and eventually guiding the intensification of EU-Russia cooperation in research, technology and innovation (RTI) during and after the EU-Russia Year of Science, the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission as member of the ERA-NET RUS-project published a working document "Towards a vision for research, technology and innovation cooperation between Russia and the EU, its Member States and Associated Countries".
