First successful Horizon Europe project proposals at ZSI
17. Jan 2022
ZSI is happy to announce its first successful project proposals in Horizon Europe:
1) NEVERMORE is invited to grant negotiations
The project is a Research and Innovation Action in Cluster 5, specifically in the topic better understanding of the interactions between climate change impacts and risks, mitigation, and adaptation options. Ultimately, the project aims at breaking up climate adaptation and mitigation silo-thinking and co-creating useful tools for policy-makers and practitioners. ZSI is a partner in this project.
2) POLICY ANSWERS is the first project coordinated by ZSI to be invited to negotiations
After several successful projects supporting research and innovation in the Western Balkans, this is a new initiative supported under the widening programme which will support the regional policy dialogue (related to Research and Innovation, but also Education, Culture, Youth and Sports), coordination, regional pilot initiatives as well as an information hub and much more. ZSI is working with partners from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia as well as Germany, Italy and Austria.
These are just the first out of several Horizon Europe proposals that we submitted in 2021 and we hope for more successes!
